Dental Hygienist (Full-Time or Part-Time) - Steele Creek
Dentistry of the Carolinas

Dentistry of the Carolinas is currently seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our Steele Creek office. This opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, with a preference for those available to work two Fridays per month (if full-time).

As a locally owned and operated practice founded in 1992, DOC fosters a collaborative, supportive work environment where team members are valued and encouraged to grow. If you're passionate about patient care and looking for a workplace that feels like home, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who brings both clinical excellence and a team-first mindset. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A current North Carolina Dental Hygiene license in good standing

  • CPR certification

  • Familiarity with Open Dental software (a plus, but not required)

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)

  • A team player with a passion for patient centered care

We also maintain a professional appearance policy, which does not permit visible tattoos, facial piercings, or bright/exotic hair colors.

What We Offer:
At DOC, we care about your growth and well-being-on and off the clock. Our hygienists enjoy:

  • An accelerated pay plan, offering up to 30% more than industry average

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) with company matching

  • A discounted dental plan for employees

  • A flexible, high-quality schedule that supports work-life balance

  • Leadership development, continuing education, and mentorship

  • Referral bonuses, team-building events, and community outreach opportunities

Our ideal candidate is caring, organized, and takes pride in educating patients and providing excellent care. If you thrive in a professional, supportive atmosphere and want to be part of a team that values both clinical skill and human connection-you'll fit right in.
